Established in April, 2000, AIM A/C & Heating Services (Austin Independent Mechanical) is a locally owned and operated company. Founded by Derek and Susan Herring, the company was born out of Derek’s natural mechanical ability and construction background to fix air conditioners. As a firefighter, Derek used his off-time to hone his skills, receiving a Master’s license in 1999. Susan, a former Hays CISD teacher, joined the business and took over most of the day-to-day operations. Since AIM’s first day in business, we have provided the best services and equipment available to our customers.
AIM provides new installation, replacements, ductwork, insulation, indoor air quality, repairs, maintenance, custom air filters and inspection for both heating and cooling systems.
